Day 45 – 3 Questions With……

Hello friends and welcome to day 45 of the 365 Days of Blog Marathon. It’s 3 Questions With…. today at the Over Caffeinated Mom. I have to say I’m pretty excited to have this feature back! So have any of you guessed who our celebrity guest is yet? If you follow my twitter stream I’ve been giving out hints for the past few days.  Ok I know, enough stalling and let’s get moving already. Grab your coffee, get comfy and get ready for 3 Questions With…………

KEVIN SORBO

Mr. Kevin Sorbo may be one of the absolutely busiest men in Hollywood. He has a family, he works in film/television, he is very active in charities and he takes time to interact with his fans. Caffeine was created for people like this. I first became aware of this fantastic actor in his starring role on the television series Hercules the Legendary Journeys. If you have never had the pleasure of seeing this show let me give you a brief overview. It is campy, cheesy and over the top. It is centered on the character of Hercules as he battles against the gods to protect all that is good and righteous in the world. It is also absolutely spectacular. It has a clear hero with the moral high ground, a cast of nasty villains that you love to root against; in short it had the perfect recipe for good TV. I for one was very sad when it went off the air.

I next caught up with him as Captain Dylan Hunt on the too short run of the show Gene Roddenberry’s Andromeda. This show follwed it’s hero, the upstanding and always on the moral highgaurd Captain Hunt and his rag tag group of shipmates as they battled to return goodness and honor to the universe. It was just as much fun as Hercules, but this time it was in space!

For his film credits, I could literally write a two page article just to include them all. So instead of writing an epic, here’s a link to his entire Film/Television Credits that is found on his official website.

Now before we get on to the fun stuff I did want to mention one of his major charitable contributions. Kevin Sorbo is  the spokesman for A World Fit For Kids, the non-profit organization that provides gang, drug, and dropout prevention to teens through mentoring programs. He champions this cause through his official site and through his Twitter and based on everything I’ve read he is truly making the world a better place one day at a time!

Ok, enough with the facts!! On to the fun. Here are the three questions I put to Mr. Kevin Sorbo.
